Gregory Guay, Principal
Greg is responsible for identifying target companies, meeting with private business owners, conducting due diligence, structuring the transaction, negotiating deal terms and ultimately managing the acquired company. During his tenure he has completed over $40 Million Dollars in small business transactions in a wide variety of industries.
Greg graduated from the University of Connecticut (Magna Cum Laude) with a degree in Finance. He possesses extensive experience in commercial lending, portfolio management and merchant banking. In 1998 Greg formed Stellar Ventures, a boutique investment banking firm and in 2012 converted to full-time merchant banking. Since its inception, Stellar Ventures has organized over $40MM in small business financings, mostly leveraged buy-outs. Mr. Guay has an outstanding track record of reorganizing struggling companies and dramatically improving financial performance.

OPERATIONS
Barry Konet organized Argo Management in 1988 to provide interim and part-time financial, operations, systems management and CFO services to emerging and mid-sized businesses. As part of the SVMB team, Barry evaluates and develops financial plans along with financial and operational oversight systems.

Rick and the Krative team provide expertise in defining target markets, communication strategies, and implementing marketing plans.
